A local website audit should not turn into a 60-page report nobody acts on. The useful question is simpler: what should get fixed first so more customers can find, trust, and contact the business?

1. Fix the contact path before anything fancy

If phone, quote, booking, or contact links are hard to find on mobile, the site is leaking demand. Check the header, homepage hero, service pages, footer, and forms. A good service site makes the next step obvious without forcing visitors to hunt.

2. Make service pages specific

Generic service menus are common, but customers search for exact jobs. Auto shops need pages for diagnostics, brakes, tires, A/C, inspections, and specialty work.
