Client operations
Data processing for Dominion Web Works projects.
This page explains how Dominion Web Works handles data that may pass through client websites, lead forms, analytics, hosting, maintenance, email, booking, payment, and support workflows.
What may be processed
- Contact form, quote request, booking, audit request, and support messages.
- Basic website analytics, security logs, spam-prevention signals, and hosting diagnostics.
- Client-supplied business content such as service pages, case studies, images, reviews, and project notes.
- Payment, scheduling, newsletter, CRM, or automation data when a client asks us to configure those systems.
Service providers
Projects may use hosting, DNS, analytics, email, spam prevention, scheduling, payment, form handling, CRM, backup, monitoring, and support tools. We use those providers only as needed to run the website, protect it, deliver the requested service, or maintain the client account.
Client-specific provider choices vary by project. Ask us if you need the current provider list for a specific website or maintenance account.
Security and retention
We limit access to operational needs, avoid publishing private customer information, and retain records only as long as reasonably needed for client service, security, legal, billing, and troubleshooting purposes.
If a client uses third-party tools such as payment processors, booking systems, email platforms, or analytics providers, those tools may also maintain their own logs and retention policies.
